You want to start with your 3 in 1 cleanser, then use the Climate Control and any of the remaining products, finishing up with moisturizer. To get the most anti aging benefits the Climate Control must be used along with a moisturizer.

When you receive your Climate Control the ingredients aren't activated yet. You will notice a liquid along with a gel inside the bottle. Shake, shake, SHAKE until it turns an icy blue and then it is full activated and ready to use!

NO! The Lip Volumizer along with the Lip Balm are specifically made to wear when you are NOT wearing LipSense. If you put them on top of your color, it will break down and start to transfer and come off.

The answer is no to this as well. Our glosses are specifically designed to use with our Lip Color. If you put chapstick or any other brand of gloss on top of LipSense, it will break down the color and begin to transfer and come off.

The OOOPS remover is specifically designed to remove mistakes when applying your LipSense while applying. If you mess up, just remove the OOOPS wand from the tube and rub it on the spot firmly where you want to fix your mistake. It will come right off. It is also designed to take off LipSense at the end of the day.

FOOPS is primarily an all over makeup remover. You can remove any makeup with it, including LipSense, but it works fantastic on all makeup, especially our mascara!
